About Spring Garden Dentistry
The atmosphere at Spring Garden Dentistry is warm, yet professional. The new office is spacious, well equipped, and is technologically advanced. Patients may watch television and have the use of headphones to make their dental visits more enjoyable.
Our skillful team of professionals is dedicated to ensuring that every patient is treated in a friendly and professional manner. The dentists at Spring Garden Dentistry are proficient in all aspects of general dentistry with special interests in restorative, implant, and cosmetic dentistry. Infection control is a priority at Spring Garden Dentistry. The guidelines of the Canadian Dental Association are carefully followed by all staff members.
The dental practice is conveniently located on Spring Garden Road on a main bus route. There is limited free parking for patients behind the building as well as metered parking on the surrounding streets. The office has a wheelchair-accessible entrance where a staff member will meet you; please call ahead to make arrangements. For your comfort, Spring Garden Dentistry is a scent-free office.
First Visit
For your first visit to our office we request that you bring a few pieces of information with you. A list of any medications you are currently taking will assist us with setting up your medical history. If you have dental insurance we will need your insurance identification card as well as any literature regarding your coverage. With this information it may be possible to directly bill your insurance company. All balances are due on the date of your appointment. If your insurance provider does not reply on the date of service, an imprint of your credit card will be required. We accept Visa, MasterCard, debit, or cash. For payment plans please speak to our front desk administrators.
